Type pallet 1200×800 1 grade

1200×800 6 deck boards Load capacity: up to 1.5 t. Only blunt bevels directed inside the pallet are allowed. The bark is peeled off, either pressed or cubed solid wood is used. The board is of multi-saw quality only. Tolerances in width and length of parts +/-5 mm; tolerances in thickness and height of parts +/-2 mm. The main wood species used are: birch, alder, lime, maple, pine, spruce. For assembly are used screw and ruffed nails cube top 3 pieces and bottom 2 pieces (2,8×80 mm), in the intermediate boards are used nails (2,5×35-40mm). Corner chamfers are cut at an angle of 45 degrees. At the customer’s request it is possible to dry pallets in drying chambers up to 22% humidity.
